WATERFRONT RIVERFRONT RENTAL
Here is a description of the two different homes you can choose from:
Waterfront Riverfront Rental- 3 min drive to downtown- 2 separate 2 bedroom apartments. The 2 units are side by side and are completely private from each other, with a staircase to separate the 2 completely self-contained apartments.
- Apartment A description- 1100 sq foot 2 bedroom, full kitchen with double wall oven, dishwasher, fridge with water & ice, laundry room, 4 piece bath, open concept living, dining and kitchen area and private 3 season room attached to this apartment. TV’s in each bedroom & living room with Netflix, Wifi Separate furnace & air-conditioning from Apartment B.
- Apartment B description- 600 sq foot 2 bedroom with a full kitchen, laundry, living room and private deck directly off this unit. TV and Netflix in the living room. Wifi. Separate furnace & air-conditioning from Apartment A.
The house is rented weekly rentals then changes to longer rentals in these two periods of the year:
Weekly Rental - July 1 to September 30- The 2 apartments are Rented together in the summer as a 4 bedroom house. You do not share anything with any other guests in the summer, as your group are the only guests.
Two Week or Longer Rental - October 1 to June 30- The 2 apartments are Rented separately as 2 separate 2 bedroom apartments- both have private outdoor spaces connected to their apartments. Major discounts apply during this time but it is not because they are less in value. They both have all the amenities you need including dishwashers, laundry etc.

Apartment B) Deck with their own outdoor sitting area & bbq
Everything that is unattached to the house is shareable from October to June 30. Kayaks, bonefire pit, pergolas are all shared.
Swim in the 12x22 inch above ground pool, sun on the pool deck, use the kayaks provided, watch the wildlife, watch the boats, BBQ, take your food and drinks and eat outside in the many different covered porches, pergolas and bonfire pits to sit under the stars year-round!
DOWNTOWN HOME RENTAL
Enjoy this newly renovated Semi- detached with a 4 person hot tub 3 bed 2 bath 2 kitchens with 2 full fridges, 2 full stoves, 2 living rooms, 2- 3 piece baths, dining table in the kitchen, 2 laundry systems on main level, full private yard w/ covered porch. back yard, a gazebo and a bonfire pit & 2 outdoor dining tables w/ umbrellas and covered screened in front porch.
Located is walking distance to groceries, liquor stores, beer stores, restaurants, pubs, walking trails, etc
The downtown property is centrally located and walking distance to main street, restaurants, playgrounds, and trails.
All 3 bedrooms & 2 living rooms with have their own TV’s with Netflix, Wi-Fi.
Soak in the 4 person hot tub, BBQ, take your food and drinks and eat outside in the many different covered porches, pergolas and bonfire pit to sit under the stars year-round!
