Welcome to Apartment B Listing!  Apartment B has a private staircase from the driveway to the apartment. The staircase acts as a sound barrier between the two apartments. This apartment is fully private except for the waterfront pergolas and the pool.

The apartment B includes private amenities such as a gas wall furnace, ductless furnace/air conditioner unit, a new washer and dryer, and a dishwasher.

The private deck offers waterfront views and includes a dining table, chairs, and a propane BBQ.

Additionally, guests can enjoy a new saltwater pool installed at the end of May 2023, a covered pergola with sectional couch and fire table, a second covered pergola with waterfront view for conversational seating, and a bonfire pit with a view of the water's edge.

3. The living room with 2 matching leather love seats, a 40" TV with netflix and internet.

NOTE:

• I allow 2 small dogs, or one large dog, but no cats.
• The river is not recommended for swimming. However, enjoy the new salt water pool that will be installed at the end of May 2023.
