• Covered pergola with sectional couch and fire table installed in Oct. 2022.
• Guests can share waterfront pergolas, swimming pool and its deck, the dock, and 2 bonfire pits.
• Bonfire pit and non-motorized boats available in the waterfront yard.
• Summer activities include kayaking, fishing, and park boats up to 16 feet from the 16-foot dock in spring, summer, and fall.
• Winter activities include building an ice rink, ice fishing and using cross country skis.
• 2 car parking are for this unit only.

• I allow 2 small dogs, or one large dog, but no cats.
