Swim in the above ground pool, sunbathe on the pool deck, use the provided kayaks and life jackets to explore the water, enjoy a BBQ, and dine outdoors on the many covered porches and pergolas. Relax under the stars year-round by the bonfire pit and take in the passing boats and surrounding wildlife including herons and swans.

There is a brand new as of Oct. 2022, covered pergola directly in front of the dock with a sectional couch & a fire table. There is a 2nd covered pergola conversational seating with a waterfront view & a bonfire pit directly beside it overlooking the water.

There are no shared spaces in or outside of the house. It is fully private. This is a quiet waterfront neighbourhood. You will be able to have a private stay here as my neighbours are rarely in the backyard. My home is on just under an acre of land, which is mostly facing the waterfront.

There is no public transportation available. You will need a car but bring your walking shoes, bikes to explore our quaint and very historical little town.

2. Whatever you need, Napanee has. It is a little town but it is equipped. Napanee is also 30 minutes from both Kingston and Belleville if we don't have it they will.
3. By car- 5 min to town/amenities, 10 min to 401.
4. By bike- 10 min to town/amenities
5. By foot- 20 min town/amenities

NOTE:

1. I allow 2 small dogs, or one large dog, but no cats.
2. The river is not recommended for swimming. However, enjoy the new salt water pool that will be installed at the end of May 2023.
